Have fun and help butterflies by joining the 11th annual Rhode Island Butterfly Count!!
- Join Genie Marks to count butterflies at Audubon's Environmental Education Center in Bristol.
- Joe Koger is leading the count at Nockum Hill
- Melinda Seib (all the way from Texas!) will be leading the count at Audubon's Touisset Wildlife Refuge in Warren.
Each leader who will show everyone the particulars of counting butterflies. beginners are welcome!
The counts start at 10AM and run to about noon. There are instructions for what to bring, where to go and more on this blogspot.
