Spend a morning (10:00AM-Noon) in the fields counting butterflies with an Audubon Walk Leader teaching you how to catch and identify them. It's a great way to help butterflies and have fun outdoors!
On Saturday, June 25th butterfly counts will be held at locations across the East Bay, including the following :
- Audubon's Nature Center in Bristol
- Nockum Hill Refuge in Barrington
- Audubon's Touisset Wildlife Refuge in Warren

On Saturday, July 23rd butterfly counts will be held at locations across the West Bay, including the following:
- Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge in Charlestown
- Audubon's Powder Mill Ledges Wildlife Refuge in Smithfield
- Audubon's Newman Wildlife Refuge in Smithfield - Meet at the Powder Mill Ledges Refuge
- Audubon's Fisherville Wildlife Refuge in Exeter
